| Purchaser’s right to cancel |

If you are a user in the sense of the employment protection act, you are entitled to cancel your purchase without giving a reason within two weeks by express declaration of a cancellation order in text form (e.g. by letter, fax or email) or by sending the goods back promptly. The two week period begins with the date of receipt of the goods when they have been sent from storage or – if these instructions are sent later – on receipt of these instructions. All goods supplied directly from storage will be labelled as such in the item description. For goods configured to your requirements after ordering/payment of a supplement or produced for you, the period begins with the date of the order. Compliance with the deadline will be confirmed with the date of posting of the cancellation request/goods.

Cancellations:
If cancellation is effected within the agreed period, the goods received by either party should be returned.
Goods that have been used, assembled or are incomplete and goods where the value has been otherwise reduced cannot be returned. However, we reserve the right to make special arrangements with the customer in individual cases. If goods cannot be returned to us in full or in part or only in a used or deteriorated condition, compensation may be given in accordance with the legal terms and conditions.
Goods that can be parcelled up should be sent back to the above address, unless otherwise arranged.
If the goods supplied correspond to those ordered and their value is not greater than 40 euros, you are responsible for the whole cost of the return including duty. If we have sent the wrong goods, you can return them at no cost to yourself.
When returning goods you must make sure that packaging is suitable in order to avoid damage to the goods.
Services such as dispatch or assembly included by us in the agreement and partially or fully carried out at the time of cancellation will not be reimbursed..
